What is SCope?

We connect data across the supply chain for real-time end-to-end visibility from upstream sources to all the way to the downstream processes.

Supply Chain Risk Monitoring (SCope)

We connect data across the supply chain for real-time end-to-end visibility from upstream sources to all the way to the downstream processes.
At SCope, our trained watch officers monitor global happenings from news, weather and alerts, track shipments and port situations, local traffic and distribution network to determine supply chain risks and their impact. SCope provides FairPrice Group and its partners a swift and structured approach to handle supply chain disruptions, observing 60 million data points daily, and oversight on threats that could disrupt our business operations.

SCope (Ops centre) is set up to provide End-to-End Supply Chain Monitoring

Early Warning and Alerts

With the technologies here at SCope, we are able to conduct real time monitoring of any disruption to our supply sources. This enables us to detect early signs of potential supply chain issues caused by bad weather, diseases and geopolitical situations. Using this information, we act early to minimise the impact the disruption might cause.

End To End Data Visibility

In addition to early detection of a potential crisis, we track shipments and locations of the containers. At SCope, we also monitor inventory levels of essential products and warehouse situations. Connecting data end-to-end across supply chain help us to identify potential choke point and areas where optimisation is needed.

Supply Chain Analytics

Analytics dashboards are developed to track goods movement from suppliers to our distribution centres and the stores with triggers and alerts on demand surges and out-of-stock situations. We also uses analytics to do diagnostics on root causes, geospatial mapping, demand and supply simulation and forecasting.
